Norwich → Loddon circular ride

Last weekend we cycled from Norwich to Loddon and back. This is a lovely route with many cute houses and pretty twists and turns.

I created a route on OSMAnd from the Norwich Cycle Map PDF before we set off. After a while I realised the route is sign-posted really well and I could probably just turn OSMAnd off and save phone battery. Still, it's fun to plan routes in OSMAnd now that I've figured out how to use it.

I probably got something wrong with the mapping on Mansfield Lane - I didn't see the sign posts - but we connected up with Lakenham and it wasn't really an issue.

In Loddon we went for some refreshment at The Angel Inn. They had delicious beer and pizza on offer. Also some table games.

OSMAnd reckoned it'd take us about 3 hours. I think we ended up taking just over 2 hours each way, taking it really easy.
